Most trades in Australia work under a state licence, such as a QBCC licence or an electrical licence in Queensland, and many jobs carry strict rules for contracts and changes. Omega Trades is being designed to support written variations under domestic building contract laws, your duty of care to people working alone under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011, the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply, and the Australian Consumer Law.
Customers' addresses and gate or alarm codes are personal information. The app keeps them in the job thread and hides them once the job is done.

The app records in writing who approved what, and when. Check your contract and your state's rules for anything else a variation needs, such as a signature or a revised price.
You set your hours. Outside them, customers see your away message and your emergency call-out details if you offer them.
